School based programs for students K-12.

Implemented during Special days, Positive Lifestyle Days, Lunchtime sessions etc. Offered in 30 min - 1 hour blocks.

The K-6, Yr7-10, Senior HS themes include:

• Resiliency 

• Self-Esteem

• Self Concept

• Friendship skills

• Anti-Bullying

• Anti-Anxiety

• Enhancing Academic skills

• Enhancing Sporting skills and Sportsmanship

• Relaxation and calming techniques

• Self talk and optimism

• Developing strengths and Leadership skills

• Mindfulness

• Understanding Feelings

• Sleep-Why it's important

Programs can be tailored to specific needs.

Costs

K-Yr 6

$300 for 1st hour session, then $195 per 1 hour session thereafter,

 during the same day visit. $150 for 30 min session.

(GST is not payable on fees.)

Weekly Classes (Weeks 2-9)

Creative kids voucher + $20 or $120/child ($15/week for 8 weeks).

​

Yr 7-12

$350 for 1st hour session, then $250 per 1 hour session thereafter,

during the same day visit. $170 for 30 min session.

(GST is not payable on fees.)

An information handout will be provided and/or emailed for you to print out for participants.

​

Additional fees apply for travel outside of a 50 km radius of Redhead NSW. (In accordance with ATO rates)
